My clients moved into this 8 bedroom Georgian house with very little furniture or furnishings to fill the big rooms. Not only were they looking for guidance on what to buy but also help with what would historically have been appropriate for a house of this age and style.
Over a period of 18 months we began researching styles and designing different elements such as bespoke panelling, reproducing 4-poster beds, purchasing antique beds and several other pieces of antique furniture and mirrors, wallpaper, fabrics, paint colours and rugs old and new.
The result was an experimental mix of eclectism on a very small budget.
